We offer 2 styles of class at Undercard along with the latest addition our infrared saunas
Strap up! Twelve rounds under the heat of the orange lights, this high intensity workout combines hard punches with treadmill sprints and weights to ensure you leave dripping.
Our signature strength and conditioning classes comprise of a mix of high intensity interval training, and a variety of strength based exercises that will not only help tone and strengthen but also increase overall athletic fitness.
Book in for a 30 min infrared sauna or Normatec leg compression using one of our casual recovery passes, or check out our memberships which have free saunas & Normatecs built into them.

Undercard at its core is about throwing punches. We want you to be a lean, mean fighting machine with killer abs and jabs. A boxing-based group fitness for anyone and everyone. Our main room boasts a state-of-the-art sound system, 86 kg aqua bags & top-of-the-line Technogym Skillmills utilized in every workout.
