Our all-in-one session combining boxing, running, and lifting in a fast-paced workout designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence. You’ll hit the bags, push your pace on the treadmills, and lift heavy—all in a single session that leaves you feeling unstoppable.

🔴 Strength & Conditioning

No gloves? No worries. This session focuses on power, strength, and endurance without the boxing element. Whether you’re here to lift heavy or improve your athletic performance, our strength circuits will take you to the next level.

Pilates

Build core strength, flexibility, and stability in a way that supports your boxing and strength work. This low-impact session keeps you strong, mobile, and injury-free.

IS UNDERCARD A TRADITIONAL BOXING GYM?

Not quite. We’re something different.

UNDERCARD is where boxing meets strength training. We teach the fundamentals of boxing—the right form, footwork, and combos—but we’ve stripped away the ego and intimidation of a traditional fight gym.

You don’t need to be a pro fighter to train here. You just need to show up ready to sweat, learn, and push yourself. Our sessions combine boxing, strength, and conditioning, so you get the best of both worlds—a serious workout with a welcoming, inclusive community vibe.
