SIGNATURE BOXING CLASS

Welcome to our high-energy boxing classes, designed to deliver a full-body workout in just 50 minutes. Each session is structured into 12 rounds, combining intense bag work with dynamic exercises on the floor. You'll spend half the class perfecting your boxing skills on the bags and the other half on the floor side, incorporating the treadmill and weight exercises based on the focus of the day. Whether it's targeting the upper body, lower body, core, or full body, our classes offer a balanced and effective workout that boosts strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Join us to experience a comprehensive fitness regimen that will push your limits and help you achieve your goals.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASS

Experience the ultimate combination of strength and endurance with our Strength and Conditioning class. This 50-minute session integrates treadmill intervals with weight training exercises to provide a comprehensive workout that targets all major muscle groups. The class is designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness, build muscle strength, and enhance overall agility and power. By alternating between the treadmill and weights, you’ll keep your heart rate up while developing muscle tone and endurance. Whether you're aiming for weight loss, improved performance, or overall wellness, this class offers a balanced and effective workout tailored to meet your fitness goals.
