Community Guidelines
Everything you need before you walk through the door.
One membership, two studios, no need to choose. BOX. RUN. LIFT in Bondi Junction is where you build your engine: boxing, Skillmills and dumbbell conditioning done at high intensity in a round based structure. LIFT. MOVE. PERFORM in Paddington is where you build your foundation: heavy barbell work in the rigs, followed by a conditioning block. Your membership includes both. Train one, train the other, or train both in the same week. That's the whole idea.
Never boxed before? Never set foot in a gym? You're in good company. We get first timers at every level of fitness and experience walking through our doors every single week, some who've never thrown a punch, some who've never picked up a barbell, some who are just getting back into training after years off. Our coaches meet you where you are and build the session around you, not the other way around.
The easiest way to book is through the Undercard app. You can also book through our schedule page.
Your pass activates from the date of your first booked class, so book the first session you want to attend before locking in any others. You can't book backwards once your pass has started.
Arrive 15 minutes early for your first session. Before your first round, your coach will walk you through boxing technique, how to use the curved self powered treadmill, and how the room runs. It's worth the extra ten minutes. You'll be training alongside up to 28 other members, and getting set up properly before the clock starts means you're not holding up your coach or the class once it does. If you arrive late, we may not be able to let you in, not because we're precious about it, just because catching you up mid round isn't fair to everyone else in the room.
Gloves and sweat towels are included in every class. White inners are available if you don't have wraps or inners of your own, and it's always nicer to train in your own gear once you've got some sessions under your belt. Bring your own from day one if you'd like, or grab a set at the front desk for $15.

What's Included at Bondi Junction
Two showers, three toilets, shower towels included. Coffee and smoothie bar after class, preorder for easy grab and go. Water available at the front desk plus a bubbler for refills. Two infrared saunas. Waiting area out front before and after class.
Arrive 10 minutes early. Your coach will run a short intro and show you how to use the ergs: the SkiErg, rower and BikeErg. We'll talk through any injuries and your fitness level, and tailor the workout so you feel comfortable. Classes are capped at 14, so you won't get lost in the room. Bring a towel and water. That's it.
What's Included at Paddington
Bring your own towel. Water station available for refills. One shower and toilet. No waiting area, but you're welcome to stretch in the studio after class while the next group settles in. Supermarkets nearby if you need water before an early class.
Bondi Junction, 64 Bronte Road
Free parking directly outside before 8am and after 6pm Monday to Friday. Between 8am and 12pm it's 30 minute parking, and 2 hour parking from 12pm to 6pm. Pet Barn across the road has a carpark if you're stuck. Plenty of 1 to 2 hour free parking in the streets behind us, and Eastgate and Westfield are a few minutes' walk. On public transport we're 5 minutes from Bondi Junction train and bus depot.
Paddington, 385 Oxford Street
Free parking on Oxford Street across the road before 8am Monday to Friday and on both sides Saturday mornings. After the clearway clears there are free 2 hour spots on our side, plus spaces in the carpark next to Mitre 10 up the road. Plenty of 1 to 2 hour free parking in the streets around us. Paid parking is available directly behind us next to Romeo's IGA if needed. Buses run along Oxford Street from both directions.
Let your coach know about any injuries, niggles or health conditions before class starts. It stays between you and them, and it means we can modify any exercise to suit you. Nothing to be shy about, we'd rather know.
We ask for 8 hours' notice if you can't make a class. Give us a heads up before that window and there's no cost. Cancel or no-show inside 8 hours: on an unlimited membership, a $15 fee applies, on a class pack, you lose the class. Intro passes include 1 session a day, and that session is forfeited if cancelled inside the window.
Classes fill up fast and often run a waitlist. Make sure SMS notifications are turned on in your account, we text first when a spot opens up from a cancellation closer to class time, and it's offered on a first-to-respond basis.
OG (12 Month)
Up to 4 weeks of pause across the year. Doesn't need to be used consecutively.
Contender
6-week minimum commitment with a 1-week opt-out window at the start. After the initial 6 weeks, pause anytime.
Free Agent
No minimum commitment, so no pause needed. You're already free to stop whenever.
We're a progressive, inclusive community, open to people of all genders, sexualities, races, ages, abilities and backgrounds. However you identify, however you show up, you're welcome here.
Every member has the right to feel safe and respected. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment or oppressive behaviour of any kind. We are a community free of judgement.
Anyone who acts against this code will be asked to leave, and their membership will be cancelled.
Undercard is open to members aged 16 and up. We also welcome younger athletes from age 12, as long as they're accompanied by a parent or guardian for at least their first few sessions, while our coaches get to know them and they get comfortable in the space. After that, we'll chat with you about what works best going forward.
Once a membership or pass has been activated, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. Under the Australian Consumer Law, a change-of-mind refund isn't something you're automatically entitled to, so this is standard practice, not something unique to us. If there's an issue with your membership or a class, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
